I lead implementation and development efforts for Firecat Studio, SACADA, TEDxSanAntonio. Provide website development and support for companies in the San Antonio & Austin area, including UT Austin, United Texas Credit Union, UT Health Science Center San Antonio, and ChildSafe.
Though I am a true internet technology generalist, I excel at web application design strategy and implementation, as well as information and technical architecture.
Before going freelance in 2005, I worked at USAA as an Interaction Designer and Web Producer for 11 years. There I helped to create and support their initial Intranet and Internet sites, defining strategy, process and implementation. Pre-interwebs I developed multimedia applications for touch screen kiosks, desktop PCs as well as building a self-serve digital photo booth (about ’95). I have an uncanny knack for asking the right questions at the right time, solving an underlying problem that makes lots of other problems go away. Insatiably curious and detail-oriented, I chase down the details and the final answers.
